Only if Kasab had been shot down dead …..all those lengthy legal processes, spent of crores of rupees on his safety, dossiers to PAK etc and above all the death penalty which wud never get executed…..could have been avoided. Better always to kill such dreaded terrorists when you get such an opportunity rather than catch & keep him alive with the useless hope that the terrorist when alive would help in the investigations.!!!
