  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.

-1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
