Latest Outback Brisbane Quintrex 370 Explorer review

Boating experience for Everyone’s is different. There are many anglers who didn’t touch the fishing rod until their spouse took them for deep-sea fishing, and never even got on the boat, so they liked it and bought their first boat. There are many other people, including me, who have been eating puppies since they were young, and then they grew up there. Others may have started boating on the luxurious Riviera, but it seems that most of us started small and then started from there.

Quintrex takes tinnies to the extreme, and the new Outback Explorer series is bigger and bolder than ever before. These models are designed to take you on the ultimate adventure. As the blind spots increase, the Quintrex 370 Explorer can quickly cross the water surface while still ensuring smooth driving.

For boating adventurers who need more space for activities, the 370 Explorer is designed to fit comfortably on most utes. The 370 Explorer tinnie is 3.75m long and the beam is 1.5m long. It uses an integrated external solid T keel to provide extra durability when loaded. The Eclipse hull allows you to spend a comfortable and pleasant day on the water.

Quintrex understands its market. All good manufacturers should do the same. They also listen to the opinions of distributors. Dealers have been clamoring for more small cans. They can’t get enough. In fact, Little Explorer has been one of Australia’s best-selling ships for many years.

Even if there are thousands of people, you will find it difficult to even buy a second-hand product. Everyone who has a little bit in the shed will keep it because they are so simple and versatile.

With this in mind, Quintrex’s marketing and boat teams came together to redesign the Explorer of Outback for the little mice and the gray nomads.

What’s New?

Outback Explorer has three sizes of 350, 370 and 390. Traditionally, these hulls are standard hulls below 4 meters.

The great success of theF-series of Quintrex bow on a large fishing boat like the Hornet meant that the team had to consider incorporating it inland. The extra space provided by this bow design means this is where the inland upgrade begins.

For boating adventurers who need more space for activities, the 370 Explorer is designed to fit comfortably on most utes. The 370 Explorer tinnie is 3.75m long and the beam is 1.5m long. It uses an integrated external solid T keel for extra durability when loaded. The Eclipse hull allows you to spend a comfortable and pleasant day on the water.

The Eclipse hull combines the stability of a traditional V-shaped punt with the maneuverability of a V-shaped hull in sailing and rough waters. Its V-shaped nose design allows the wide beam to be brought forward to the bow, thereby providing extra stability and helping to disperse rough water.

The 370 has a rated power of 20 horsepower, weighs 81 kg, and the motor weighs 60 kg. This legendary Quinnie can be used as a beam with a long shaft for three people, and a short shaft configuration for two people.

Equipped with benches, front decks, anchor plates and solid corners, this tinnie is the perfect small rig for freshwater and creek fishermen looking for durable and worry-free tinnie. Other features include beam handles, row lock blocks, bow handles and glove box.

370 Explorer is the true blue Australia, ready to share with you the road adventures of the next few years.

More obvious than the bow change is the high side of the interior. The depth of the hull in the entire range has been increased to 230 mm. This may not sound like much, but when you are fishing in the crocodile country, the extra 230mm is greatly appreciated. The higher sides also help keep the equipment on the boat dry and provide an additional safety advantage when the children are on the boat.

Other features of Outback Explorers include foam-filled seats for basic floating, glove box storage in the front seats, a front gusset and two rear gussets for added strength and welded seats.

In addition, all the standard features you would expect from such a hull are there. Ribbed and ribbed noise reduction, beam support, handles and single T-shaped keel make Outback Explorers a very neat and tough hull.
